Where Every Detail is Built as Designed
Whether you’re planning an addition, an extension, a major internal renovation, a knockdown rebuild, or a new home on a vacant block, MILEHAM brings over twenty years of residential construction experience to every project.
Many projects require old and new to sit together – an existing home extended, a heritage frontage preserved, a floor plan rethought from the inside out. Getting this right demands construction experience that understands what to keep, what to change, and how to make the join invisible. It’s the work MILEHAM does best.
Available for construction only, or as part of a full design and build. You choose how you engage. The standard remains consistent.
Construction with Confidence
Every MILEHAM project is managed with the same level of accountability and transparency – a fully itemised and fixed quote, a dedicated project manager, regular onsite walkthroughs, and a construction team hand selected and vetted to the standard the design requires.
Our Process, Your Peace of Mind
Whether you engage MILEHAM for Design Only, Build Only, or the full Design and Build, every project benefits from the same level of care and expertise. You choose how you engage. The standard doesn’t change.
“The fact that MILEHAM are also registered builders means you are not having to go between multiple contractors and suppliers, you deal with one project manager throughout. James has an attention to detail that is second to none and you feel at ease throughout the entire process. I’ve already recommended James and his team to many of my friends and family who are looking to renovate and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to renovate.”

Design that’s
Designed to be Built
Every design decision at MILEHAM is shaped by two things working in concert: how the space will feel to live in, and what it will take to build it. With architectural registration and a builder’s licence held within the same practice, construction insight is embedded in the design from the first sketch – not introduced after the fact, when the cost of change is at its highest.
